Summer 08/09 trials and registration:
There will be a compulsory trial and registration night. All players and all coaches must attend. Teams will be picked on the night.

8:40pm-9pm – 3rd grade
9pm-9:30pm – 4/5th grade.

Intensive Water Polo Skill Development Training
Passing, Shooting, Ball skills and Rehabilitation exercises - A more personal, focused approach, aimed at developing individual ball skills, correct shooting technique, and developing core stability in prevention of shoulder injuries in Water Polo. These sessions are limited to 5 participants preferably at the similar level and age.
